Yeah it's fun so far, love the graphics. At level 20 and still haven't needed to buy gems. Been saving them up for the most part, aside from the couple of accidental pushing of the hurry button. They should follow TN and have some sort of warning system before using them!

I am at Level 15 and have done two land expansions so far.

is the exact name of the app "The TribeZ"? ive been trying to search for it. i can only find Age of Tribes, Tribes Lite and a few others.

It is very similar to a game called jack of all trades which is quite fun but much simpler. I don't know which came first.

Anyway I have just started playing this game and it fun so far. I don't think there is the same need to spend money like in trade nation because as far as can there are no bonuses... Which is good. You just have to wait untill tasks are completed. I haven't got any neighbours yet and not sure how that works out but if anybody wants to add me my code is xpg7bi

No need for Mods to delete. I'm playing too. I like it. Level 17 maybe, can't remember. Haven't added friends either because of FB. Like the quests but always run out of food. Three land upgrades so far.

Level 20 now with three land upgrades and I still haven't spent any money. I do run out of resources sometimes.....food, lumber, stones, etc, but you just have to wait and upgrade storage facilities, the main house, the quarries and ultimately you can move forward again.

I'm waiting for my raft to finish and then I hope I'm off to one of the other islands I can see.

I also need a stone quarry to move forward and I don't have the required resources so I'm waiting for them to refill.

 So far, still no way to add friends except through face book so that may be the game's downfall.

I've been playing for a week now. Almost made a thread about checking it here but someone beat me to it! It's a cute game, addicting. I'm at level 15 and have expanded 3 times. My next is that crashed plane expansion. Not sure about adding friends tho. I've done it thru Facebook and it says a friends have added me but when I want to visit them that narrator girl says " you'll be able to visit friends soon." I have no idea what that means. They need to bring female workers into it too! Chek

Been playing for a few days...fun game! I don't use Facebook or Twitter so I guess I'll go friendless...lol

No money spent at all, and so far no need. Hope it stays that way.

I need help. I can't figure out how to increase my happiness level. I can't build any more houses until I get to level 10 and therefore I can't increase my main building to level 4 therefore I can't get a sawmill. Can someone please help me with this problem?

Yep buy more decorations. Also buy social buildings such as the cauldron, cafeteria, altar of feelings, school etc. And tap on the little wish bubbles that your workers have.

I've hit level 25! There's still no ways to add friends that I can see. I've even opened a Facebook account - locked that down tight...lol.

If anyone gets to a point where you can add friends, please post.

One I've learned is to check out what I'll need to upgrade various buildings and then put the villagers into producing the resources. Oh, and the dinos are great income producers.

Haven't spent a dime so far. There are a few decorations and non-essential things that you can use your gems for, but i haven't run into anything that you're "required" to have. It's a nice, fun game. No down-side that I can see, other than the friends thing. But even if you could add, I'm not sure the developers have built a use or mechanism for them. It's relatively new, so it will be interesting to see where they take it.

I love playing this game and am level 19 and finding supplies to enable the raft voyage to begin. I have spent some money on the game - mainly to move it on a bit at the beginning. Now I am prepared to go slower and enjoy it more. I spend a lot of gold and resources to upgrade as much as I can. I love the bath houses and Dino for gold and it really pays to upgrade the bath houses. I also clear the land and build warehouses - lots of them.

Pity about having to use FB to add friends - I won't be doing that. If they ever change this, at least we know who to add.

I am at Level 28 and have completed all the land expansions for the Island of the Ancients. I'm waiting to accumulate enough resources to build my third mansion which will allow me to upgrade the main building to level 8.

On the Marble Fiord Island, I am working to gain enough resources to explore the sunken pirate ship. I've purchased the land expansion that exposes it and cleared the land of snow drifts, trees and rocks. Gaining enough food on the Marble Fiord has been my biggest issue since you cannot plant crops and the pig farms are slow. I also need to upgrade the main building to Level 6.

Someone above mentioned having female workers. What's funny is that eventually you will build an Alter of Feelings and you can send to workers there (who have hearts floating above their heads) and they starting kissing. Hummmm.

Once you can build trading posts and Shaman shops you can really accumulate money fast.

The game really moves along, I think. I have rarely had to stop completely to wait for resources to accumulate. Nearly every time I sign on there is something to do. I have truly been neglecting TN for the past two weeks and have been absorbed with The TribeZ.

As for friends, I still haven't got any and from what I've read it's a "coming event" kind of thing. I don't think the developers have this part figured out.

Regardless, I'm still have a  great time playing and so far no real money spent.

Food on the Marble Fior island is a problem. I'm working to upgrade the pig pens, even though it takes two workers to produce the maximum. I figure with three, I can rotate the start times so I have a more or less constant flow. Trading post is a great cash generator once you have it fully upgraded. I've almost got enough to buy the land upgrade next to the ship. My Isle if the Ancients is my cash fund...lol.

Well. At level 33, and tomorrow morning I will finally begin the upgrade to level 8 on my main building on the marble island. This will allow me to build the marble pit, allowing me to stock up the 700 marble needed to finish the quest that allows you to reach mystery island... WHEW.

I have zero problems with funding or food ( currently all 4 of my pig farms are max food waiting to be collected when I use the full warehouses). My problem is making sure I have enough rock to provide for my stone mills.

So far the game keeps me interested enough to check in every hour or so to make more rock. Can't wait to see the third island!

@Bedlam - Did you use gems to upgrade your warehouses on the Marble Fiord? How many warehouses do you have on that island?

I' ve finally liberated enough bushes and pig farms to keep the food supply coming on that island but, like you, I'm having trouble producing enough rock for the stone mills on both islands.

I have two more land expansions to do to get to the cave entrance for the third island. ( and probably several more quests along the way as well)

Nah, no gems used. I have one warehouse on the first island that I accidentally upgraded with gems though.
I have 7 warehouses on marble island, holding 1750, three rock caves, and two stone mills. Right now it doesn't feel like it's enough, but at some point I will have no use for it all like the first island has become.

I guess I need to build more warehouses. I don't have enough storage on the second island.

I also upgraded warehouses on the first island with gems before I realized what was going on. I don't regret that though.

I have been unable to log on since this morning. It just opens to the opening screen and stops. Anyone else having problems.

I sent an email through app support and so far have only received an automated response.

I am reluctant to delete and reinstall since I don't know if I will lose all my progress to date.

I'm not having a problem getting in. Do you know from the website if others are having the same issues?

I have been able to log on, but the strangest thing has happened. Almost as soon as I was able to get to Mystery Island, Marble Fjord has seemed frozen in time. I will go into it, gather resources, reassign tasks etc, but the second I leave the island it reverts back to when I went into it. I can go into Island of Ancients with no issues at all, I am still making a huge amount of money and xp there, but Marble Fjord for me is useless atm.

There are quite a few people posting on the Facebook page complaining about the load problem. I hope it gets fixed soon. I am still on the main island. I am really enjoying the game and would hate to get locked out!

I am stuck!

I finally set sail and landed on Magnetic Island - built a couple of houses and tried to go back to the first island. I get to the map and click on the original island and nothing happens. Nor can I click on Magnetic Island. I can only click on BACK to go to Magnetic Island.

I have sent a message to their support.

Edit. I did a hard shut down and clicked on the game icon. The game opened at the map and I was able to click on the Land of the Ancients. Now I am too scared to travel again. So I will wait and hope to hear back from Support.

I love the game. I take care of my little village. And we just got to that new island on our raft.

But we are in dire need of a PATCH for letting me switch back to my main village! They must be starving by now.

Every time I try to go to the island the game "crashes to desktop". I can log back in to the other island, but crash out when switching. Also hard shut down (and startup) of my ipad3 doesnt help.

i am having no problems, am on level 33, and will embark tomorrow to the third island. I love that now I have finished with the first island it has become a cash cow, raking in the gold. I am building marble, will finish the last two quests tonight and go through the tunnel tomorrow. Has anyone gone there yet?

I only had trouble logging on the one day. I did get a message back from tech support saying they were aware of freezing issues and would address it on the next update.

@Nancycatnurse- the Island of the Ancients has become a cash cow for me too. I have finished all the quests there.

I didn't plan on the Marble Fiord very well and so haven't progressed as quickly due to a lack of food and building supplies to get my three mansions up to level 4 so that I can upgrade the main building and get through the tunnels. It will likely take me two more days. I am on level 32

Great game though. I hope the developers keep it up. The little villagers are just so amusing with their hard hats and such.
