Acceptable Use Policy

The acceptance of the following terms and conditions are a prerequisite for membership and relate to the posting of all messages in the forums or private messaging facility.

Please keep in mind, trade-nations.com does not necessarily review, edit, censor or take responsibility for any information its members may create. Member postings to the trade-nations.com may affect other subscribers and may affect trade-nations.com' goodwill, business, reputation or operations. Although the administrators and moderators of trade-nations.com will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this site, it is impossible to review all content immediately. All messages express the views of the author, and do not reflect the views of the other members or the owners and maintainers of trade-nations.com and will be not be held responsible for the content of any member. For these reasons, members violate trade-nations.com policy and the Service Agreement when they engage in the following prohibited activities:

 

Spamming:

Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial information over trade-nations.com. It is not only harmful because of its negative impact on consumer attitudes toward trade-nations.com, but also because it can overload trade-nations.com network and disrupt service to trade-nations.com's members.

Adult-Oriented Content:

trade-nations.com does not allow adult content and will suspend/terminate any offending account.

Obscene Speech or Materials:

Using trade-nations.com to advertise, transmit, store, post, display, or otherwise make available child pornography or obscene speech or material is prohibited. trade-nations.com is required by law to notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of child pornography on or being transmitted through its network.

Defamatory or Abusive Language:

Using trade-nations.com as a means to transmit or post negative, defamatory, harassing, abusive or threatening language.

Other Illegal Activities:

Engaging in activities that are determined to be illegal, including, but not limited to, advertising, transmitting or otherwise making available ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards and pirating software.

Other Activities:

Engaging in activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that trade-nations.com determines to be harmful to its subscribers, operations, reputation, goodwill or customer relations.

 

trade-nations.com will terminate an account in breach, or previously in breach of this agreement without warning or refund. Reports of harassment or spamming will result in offenders being banned. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

trade-nations.com reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any content item for any reason.

Content submitted to trade-nations.com, at its sole discretion may elect to evoke licence, to redistribute at no renumeration to the member.
